![]() 3D Gun The Graco 3D Gun is a lightweight, high-pressure applicator designed for precision robotic applications. The applicator head is equipped with swivel functionality, meaning the head rotates independently of cables and hoses to prevent twining. The applicator head includes three individually operated nozzles that can be configured to different angles and slot directions to facilitate material dispense at difficult angles and improve dispense efficiency. Electric supply pumps are powered by the Advanced Precision Driver (APD) which provides real-time, integrated, closed-loop flow control. Trials have proven that the Graco solution provides superior performance and efficiency when compared to pneumatic supply pumps in pressure controlled systems. PR70f Software Update - Small Shot Upgrade
New software for the PR70f (Flow Control) is coming which will allow for small dispense capability. The PR70f is configured to load the pump at the tube entrance, allowing the system will allow the user to dispense any sized amount (yes, this means the dispensed amount can be smaller than the published shot size on a PR70). After each dispense, the pump will pause and stall within the tube to avoid reload time at the end of the dispense. A series of small dispenses can occur before the pump needs to be re-loaded after a part is done. Excellent CPK results were achieved in the Ohio lab tests and dispenses as low as 0.25 grams were performed. This new software is scheduled to be available before the end of April. If you have PR70 systems in the field and want to upgrade them to include the “f”, please contact your ASM for pricing and applications details. Apr-2018 |
Hydraulic Fixed Ratio - HFR
The HFR lets you hit a specific ratio and volume – the first time, and every time. Static, dynamic, or impingement mixing options along with continuous flow hydraulically driven positive displacement pump technology will improve throughput while reducing scrap and rework. Mar 2018 |
