JR Desktop XYZ tables The JR2000N Series Desktop robots are designed to minimize footprint and maximize efficiencies in assembly line operations. This design is based on the idea of worker supplementation to increase the efficiency of workers in order to reduce labor content. With the JR2000N Series robots, assembly line workers stay busy loading and unloading fixtures while the robot is performing precision assembling tasks. Build to order custom work cells, safety cages, nesting and mounting options are available for all JR series models. (see insert photo right)

TP Teach Pendant Teaching the JR2000 Series Desktop robot is easy with the large, 7-line LCD screen. Position of the robot and expanded views of the point jobs are achieved with the large teaching pendant and prove to be an asset when programming. JR2000 Series Software has eliminated the need to learn complicated programming languages. An interactive dialog based software allows the user to easily walk through setup of a program.

JR-C Points Software  This PC Software package is available for the all of JR or JS Series robots. The PC Software allows the end user to program an infinite number of programs and download them to the robot as needed. JR Points also includes a compiler to convert .dxf files (CAD) into .jcs format, which is the robots resident file. The PC Software also allows you to print all program data and store programs offline. If you can use a spreadsheet you will quickly learn the how easy it is to plug in your laptop to create, edit or remove programs.

JS Series SCARA Robots for side mount conveyor applications  For over conveyor applications or large work envelopes, the JS Series SCARA type robots offer the same programming simplicity as the JR Desktop series. Portable dispensing valve weights of 6 kgs, speeds of up to 6,300 mm./sec. with 10 Micron Repeatability. This highly rigid robot arm uses a proprietary bearing configuration and high speed AC servo motor. Additional I/O allows 37 inputs and 40 outputs, along with 3 RS232 ports. This allows the ability to control a variety of external functions or communicate with complex PLC’s. Compatible with the easy to use JR-C Points PC Software. JS Series robots are available in work envelope ranges from 350mm to 1000mm.  JSR 4400 For applications not requiring the speed or payload capacity of the JS Series, the JSR4400 provides a fast ROI and facilitates all the programming features and versatility of the JS Series.
